We’re so jazzed to report that the very cool L.A. boutique Happy Six is now selling Rotem Gear “got boba?” and “got sake?” shirts, along with Hello Kittyâ„¢, Angry Little Girlsâ„¢, and Disneyâ„¢.
Available in black or white, the “got boba?” shirts come in either a 100% cotton classic style suitable for men, women and kids, or a yummy soft rib knit “baby doll” style.
The “got sake?” shirts are available in a white classic style and a women’s relaxed fit tee, with full color art of a “masu” (traditional Japanese wooden box-shaped sake cup) — a must-have for serious sake drinkers and sushi lovers!
We have held onto a few of the black “got boba?” shirts to sell through our own shop. But if you can’t wait and are in the L.A. area, be sure to stop in at Happy Six and get yours there!
Happy Six is located at 2115 Sawtelle Blvd, close to the 405 Freeway, just north of Olympic Blvd.

An interesting thing happened at Rotem Gear yesterday. We were contacted by Metro, a free newspaper in NYC, Boston and Philadelphia, for a photo of our “got falafel?” ringer t-shirt. Of course we are delighted with any publicity — who wouldn’t be? When we heard it was to accompany an article about a recent Arab-American Fashion Show because they were unable to get the AP photos, we explained more than once that our shirt was not part of the show and that we were unaffiliated with the show –– so that there would be no misrepresentation or misunderstanding.
But uh-oh! the page states that the shirt was displayed in the show. That might cause some confusion. Again, publicity is a great thing but this sort of editorial boo-boo is less than fair to both our company and the folks from the fashion show.
But falafel is a good thing, yes?
Here are all our falafel products, available in plain text or with a mouth-watering graphic (especially cute for children’s shirts).

The Metro article can be read here.

Or else just wander around the shop to check out the other goodies.

Ever since we figured out what “more cowbell” was all about, it seems we’ve been getting more and MORE cowbell. So, tell me … haven’t we had enough cowbell already?
In the interest of musical diversity, Rotem Gear is introducing some alternatives in rhythm instruments!
Try “More Rainstick” or “More Spoons.” Or our personal favorite –– “More Theremin.” Yeah, we gotta have more theremin!

Thanks to the run-away popularity of our Shiksa Goddess goodies, we’ve expanded that line to include a raglan tee (with a choice of 3 sleeve colors), a camisole that goes great with the S.G. thong, and the current hottest in tees: the ringer. We’ve also added white and pink women’s t-shirts with traditional t-shirt fits. Check out all the Shiksa Goddess products here.
Special thanks to a special customer who liked her S.G. shirt so much she asked us for several customized items for her toddler son: “Boychik” and “My Mommy is a Shiksa Goddess” (of course!)
